Hanze Vast buys two office towers for € 80 mln.

Hanze Vast Beleggingen has bought the office buildings Kronenstede (11.000 m²) in Amstelveen and Amstelpoort (22.000 m²) in Amsterdam on behalf of the closed real estate fund ‘Sachwert Rendite-Fonds Holland 47’ reportedly for over € 80 mln.

Hanze Vast Beleggingen has bought both buildings from ING Real Estate. Van Gool & Partners acted on behalf of Hanze Vast Beleggingen.

The Kronenstede building has been let to ict services company Logica CMG, the only tenant of the building. LogicaCMG also has an establishment in the nearby building of 20.500 m² which they rent together with Deloitte. Hanze Vast Beleggingen also acquired this building in February of this year from the owner Ballast Nedam.
Nationale Nederlanden, the insurance subsidiary company of the ING Group, is the tenant of Amstelpoort near the Amstelstation in Amsterdam.

Hanze Vast Beleggingen has bought both buildings for the Sachwert Rendite-Fonds Holland 47, an initiative of MPC Capital Aimed at German investors.
