Hansteen Ormix acquires two logistic properties in Tilburg (NL)

Hansteen Ormix, a joint venture between Hansteen Ltd and Ormix, has acquired two logistic properties in Tilburg from a group of private investors.

The first building, with a surface of approx. 13,000 m², is rented by UPS SCS and is located on Marga Klompéweg 2/Clara Zetkinweg 10. The other property is located on Aletta Jacobsweg 1-3/Mina Krusemanweg 2 and has a floor area of 25,500 m². It is completely rented to Haans. The properties are sold in one transaction. The yield is according to current market standards.

Haans is specialized in natural products from Asia and Europe, such as furniture and home decorations, and is a supplier to the retail market and business-to-business accounts.
UPS SCS is a world leader for supply chain solutions.

Hansteen Ormix is aiming at a total investment level of €100 million in 2007 for high quality logistic real estate in the Netherlands. Partly as a result of the acquisition of the two properties in Tilburg, known as the logistic hotspot in the area, and the transactions that are in the pipeline, the management team is confident to achieve the objectives.
