Hammerson completes €605 million office deal (UK)

As anticipated in the press release of 19 June 2012, Hammerson has received the second and final payment of £189 million (approx. €220 million) from Brookfield Office Properties in respect of the transfer of its interests in 125 Old Broad Street and Leadenhall Court. Hammerson exchanged contracts for the sale of the majority of its office portfolio to Brookfield Office Properties last year for £518million (approx €605 million), with the first payment of £329 million (approx. €384 million) having been received in September 2012.
