Halverton Real Estate Investment Management (Halverton REIM) now has direct representation in Germany in the form of its recently opened branch office. Alexander Hoff, MRICS,(42) has been appointed to head up the company's German activities.
Halverton Real Estate Investment Management is an independent investment company with offices in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and now Frankfurt. Since its establishment in November 2004, Halverton has already built up a portfolio of around 40 commercial and industrial complexes with a total volume of approximately €250 mln. The company aims to increase its German commercial real estate investments alone to at least €400 mln. by the end of 2006.
Following successful completion of a degree in Business Administration, Alexander Hoff attained a Masters Degree in Real Estate from the City University, London. In the course of his professional career spanning over ten years he has been responsible for real estate transactions totaling over €1 bln. Prior to joining Halverton Alexander Hoff held the position of Head of Marketing Coordination and Acquisitions at Vivico Real Estate. He is
married with a seven-year-old son.
