Halverton Real Estate Investment Management, Frankfurt, has acquired Delmenhorst Industrial Park in Gladbeck, a 100,000 m² site with 27,000 m² in warehousing space and 3,000 m² in office space.
The former factory site, previously used by Siemens, has been redeveloped by Fuhrmann GmbH, Duisburg, over the past few years.
The property, acquired for approx. 15 million, brings further diversification to Halverton’s German portfolio and boosts total portfolio value to over 100 million. Agents for the transaction were NAI apollo, Frankfurt.
