Halverton acquires Bremen Airport City Center for new office fund (DE/UK)

Halverton Real Estate Investment Management has acquired the Airport City Center (ACC) in Bremen. The ACC consists of 12 properties, virtually 100% of which are leased, in a prime location with a total net area of around 28,000 m².

The ten premium offices with modern fit-out, the restaurant and a further office building with connected car park are located only 500 metres from the airport terminal. Direct access to the A281 is within 200 metres and access to the A1 (Osnabrück-Hamburg) and A27 (Bremerhaven-Hanover) is currently under construction.

With ACC, Halverton has now made its third acquisition in Bremen. Recently it also purchased property at Bremerkreuz for a light industrial fund and at the end of 2005 Halverton Funds acquired the Louis-Krages-Site in the Bremer industrial port on behalf of HBI Funds. Katja Puschmann of the company's Berlin Asset Management team is responsible for the Bremen properties.
