Assos Capital, a leading real estate private equity firm operating in South East Europe, has successfully concluded discussions with H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB resulting in the signing of a lease agreement for the opening of the first H&M store in Bulgaria at The Mall.
The flagship store will be spread over two floors and will have a sales area of approximately 2,200 m² offering customers H&M's full product range including fashion and accessories for men, women, teenagers and children.
The opening of the store is scheduled for the spring of 2012.
With this new tenant, The Mall which is the largest shopping center in Bulgaria and is managed by Assos Capital, continues to differentiate itself from its competition with its unique tenant mix and entertainment offering and further consolidates its position as the market leader in Bulgaria.
