Located in the Rome airport area, Da Vinci is the largest retail park in Italy with over 56,000 m² of lettable area and in excess of 10 million visitors per year. The transaction has a value in of €130 million and has been partially funded through the recourse to bank debt arranged by Natixis and ING.

Commenting on the deal, Marco Salvini, CEO of AIG/Lincoln Italia, said: “The quality of the Market Central Da Vinci retail park in terms of development design, location, tenant line-up and sustainable performance, allowed the purchaser to secure financing and complete a complex deal in a challenging marketplace.”
