Funds managed by GWM Group have acquired a 100% equity interest in the closed-end fund Clarice which owns a portfolio of 70 properties valued at circa 220 mln located across Italy and let to Telecom Italia on a long term basis.
The acquisition was completed in the context of a restructuring of the original financing of Clarice units, which had both Deutsche Bank AG and M&G Investments among its participants.
Cushman & Wakefield advised the vendor of the equity tranche, EUROPÆISKE EJENDOMME HOLDING A/S, in the transaction.
GWM Capital Advisors LLP acts as investment advisor for the funds managed by the GWM Group involved in the transaction.
