GVA Robertson has signed an agreement for exlusive agent of RiverPark offices, the development of IVG Hungary. RiverPark offices are an 'A' category office building complex consisting of two buildings offering a total of 9865 m² area for rent.
The building in Közraktár street 32 is a modern, newly constructed wing providing a 3 story parking facility. The other building, which was known as the former head office of MOL, has saved its loft character after its renovation as a historic building. The fireplace in this building - after the modernization of the chimneys has also been renovated, which gives an opportunity to place unique loft offices and meeting rooms, director's rooms or common rooms with fireplace heating.
