Guillaume Poitrinal new CEO of Unibail (FR)

Following the annual general meeting held on April 28, 2005, on the proposition of Léon Bressler, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Unibail for thirteen years, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Guillaume Poitrinal as the new Chief Executive Officer. Léon Bressler will remain Chairman of the Board.

Guillaume Poitrinal, 37 years old, a graduate of HEC Business School, has been Unibail's Managing Director since 2002.

Guillaume Poitrinal joined Unibail in 1995 as a Project Manager attached to the office of the CEO. In 1997, he was promoted to Head of Corporate Development and Planning. One year later, he became Chief Financial Officer. In 1999, his responsibilities were extended to General Manager of the Office Division and Executive Vice-President.

Before joining Unibail, from 1992 to 1995, Guillaume Poitrinal worked in London then in Paris for the American Investment bank Morgan Stanley.
