Globe Trade Center (GTC), Polandâs publicly listed property developer, has acquired 12 ha of land in the Romanian capital Bucharest, and has plans for a mixed-use retail, office and residential complex for the site. The cost of the transaction was around â¬15.5 mln.
GTC is currently developing its second office building in the country, which will provide users with 26,000 m² of space. The project, called America House, follows on from Europa House which was sold to Europolis 2 years ago.
