Growth at Arnulfpark in Munich continues (DE)

Arnulfpark® at the western end of downtown Munich is growing larger. Vivico Munich has now sold the MK 3 and MK 4 sites covering a total area of around 17,000 m² to the consortium of Alpha Invest Projekt GmbH & Co. KG (aip) and E & G Bridge Equity Fonds GmbH & Co. KG. With this construction project, a new area will be developed along the railway lines to close off the southern edge of the district.

The two sites which have just been sold are to provide 38,700 m² of office space accommodating around 80 exclusive condominiums offering some 11,000 m² of floor space.

Jörg Scheufele, Managing Director of the Alpha Invest project, explained: "Our decision to invest in Arnulfpark was based on the fact that this new district is unique in Munich not only because of its desirable central location, but also due to its successful, dynamic blend of spaces for living, working and recreational activities. You won't find a view of Munich and the mountains as fantastic as this anywhere else."
