In view of its international expansion strategy, Groupe ADYAL, presided by Ibrahim Daher, is going to realize, three months after its creation, a first operation for external growth by acquiring the total activities of DBAssociates.
Currently active in France, U.K., Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the U.S., ADYAL reinforces its leading position in the occupier services segment.
