The GRI’s 1st Annual German Residential Real Estate Meeting kicks off in Berlin in November (DE)

The 1st edition Deutsche GRI Wohnen 2014, 24-25 November will bring some of the most active players in German residential real estate together at the Kempinski Hotel Bristol in Berlin. Public and municipal property companies, German and international investors, developers and lenders will discuss where the opportunities and what the headaches in the sector are.
Deutsche GRI Wohnen is a niche event which attracts the most influential companies in the German residential real estate market including Round Hill Capital, Berlin Hyp and Provinzial Nordwest. Like with all GRI’s, Deutsche GRI Wohnen has no speakers and no presentations, but active discussions. That means, everybody present can participate, share experiences or challenges in a very unique way.
Some of the topics that will be discussed are:
German Residential Property - Success Story or end in sight? Views, trends, risks… Portfolio transactions - endless stream or drought to come Senior housing – safe heaven or hotbed for investors? Student and Micro Apartments - Niche or institutional asset class? Housing Market Berlin - still popular or find fallback valves? East Germany - Are the risk premiums adequate? B-cities and C-cities - still neglected or is the growth out there?
