Grontmij Real Estate have announced that they have been granted a building permit for their Tulipan Park warehouse project. The investment is located in Stryków, near Lódz.
In the first stage there will be two buildings that will together have a total area of 38,000 m². Warehouses can now be delivered within 5 months of the signing of a lease or sale contract. The developer has yet to sign any contracts for the two buildings. The intention is that the 60-hectare site will eventually contain 275,000 m² of warehouse space.
