King Cross Leopolis, the first shopping & entertainment center in Lviv (western Ukraine) has been officially opened. It is a 50,000 m² (GLA) shopping center which offers approximately 230 shop units and 2,400 parking spaces.

The center has attracted many well known international and national brands.
Aleksandra Bagdziñska of Jones Lang LaSalle, the international real estate agency, which supported King Cross in the leasing process said: "Despite the challenging times of the world economic crisis, the commercialization process proved to be very successful and the center attracted many well known international and national brands. The huge potential of King Cross Leopolis comes from the fact that it is a multifunctional, regional shopping center with large variety of brands and wide entertainment offer (ice skating ring, cinema multiplex, kids play, bowling) and with a catchment area of 1.5 million residents. Additional strength of the center is King Cross - a trustworthy developer with proven track record worldwide."
Bagdziñska added: "Currently we observe more selective approach from retailers - they develop with caution giving preferences to the best commercialized shopping centers as Leopolis that will guarantee them successful performance."
Marcin Trybus from King Cross said: "King Cross Leopolis may be considered as first commercial centre in Ukraine that can guarantee the same level as modern commercial centers all over Europe. This fact as well as the fact that King Cross Leopolis is managed by King Cross itself like all our other previous investments is really appreciated by many international and Polish retailers who choose it as first step in their expansion in Ukraine.
