The Gran Sasso shopping center in Teramo, Italy will be opening on 22 November 2007, right on schedule. Foruminvest Italia reports that all 101 stores were already rented out in June, five months before the opening. Gran Sasso shopping center covers a rentable area of 30,000 m², with anchor stores including Hennes & Mauritz, Oviesse (family fashion), Unieuro (electronics), Berschka (Inditex), Pull and Bear (Inditex), Benetton (with all its formulas), Terranova, Bata, Promod, Camaïeu, Footlocker, Geox and Burger King. The hypermarket area, covering 10,500 m², will be occupied by Conad-Leclerc.

A 9,000-seater football stadium has been constructed by Foruminvest Italia right next to the shopping center for Teramo's Serie C football club. A total of over 4,500 parking spaces will be created around the shopping center and the football stadium, 1,600 of them underground.
The second shopping center to be opened by Foruminvest Italia is situated in Molfetta (Bari region). This center has already been rented out to 80% capacity, and will open its doors on 1 March 2008.
