GPT Halverton, formerly Halverton Real Estate Investment Management, has opened an office in Dusseldorf. With offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Hanover and Munich, GPT Halverton has extended its presence in Germany to five locations within 18 months.
Alyssa Huse (38) will manage the new office in Dusseldorf. Huse has been with GPT Halverton since June 2006 and has so far managed numerous commercial properties in her function as Asset Manager at the German headquarters in Frankfurt.
The GPT Halverton portfolio in Germany currently consists of over 70 properties with almost 1,000 tenants and is valued at over €700 million.
