Jason joined Goodman in April 2007 with Goodman Group's acquisition of Rosemound, a logistics development business which he co founded. With Jason remaining involved in the business in a strategic capacity and Graham being promoted to Managing Director, responsible for managing the operations of the business, these changes ensure Goodman is able to maintain the momentum that has been building and continue to capitalize on new opportunities that are presented to the business.

Graham has 17 years' experience in the property industry primarily covering the areas of development and fund management. He joined Goodman in April 2007, and has since been responsible for managing Goodman's development activities in the Midlands and Northern regions. Over this time, Graham has successfully secured planning on approximately 450 acres of land which is now being actively marketed. He was also instrumental in the launch of the joint venture with CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust in June 2010.

The focus on the team moving forward will be to leverage the opportunity presented with the significant land bank that Goodman has, coupled with the £400 million co investment vehicle announced with CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust in June. The joint venture will help the Group to facilitate the ongoing expansion of Goodman's logistics business via the acquisition of high quality pre committed logistics development opportunities utilizing our existing land bank.

Goodman Group CEO, Greg Goodman said "We have built up a strong logistics business in the UK with a high quality land bank to create prime investment product for ourselves and our investment partners, from whom we receive strong support. We have quality assets, long-term blue chip customers and a highly experienced management team. I am delighted we have been able to promote Graham from within, demonstrating the depth of our existing management team and ensuring we have the right leadership to ensure the continued success of the UK Logistics business."
