Global integrated property group, Goodman, has commenced the development of two offices at Uxbridge Business Park that will provide 77,102 ft² (7.153 m²) and 27,211 ft² (2,508 m²) of net office space respectively. The developments are due to complete in early 2016.
Goodman owns and manages Uxbridge Business Park, which is currently home to Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mondelez International and Amgen.
The fully landscaped park is situated in a highly sought-after location, within walking distance of Uxbridge Underground Station and only 17 miles from central London. It offers easy access to the motorway network and Heathrow Airport and is set within Green Belt land.
James Raven, Development Director, Goodman UK Business Parks, said: “As the UK economy continues to gather pace, we are seeing an increase in demand for new premium office space, particularly in the Thames Valley, as well as a recognition that having an excellent working environment is the key to attracting and retaining the best staff.
Located on Sanderson Road, less than a mile from Uxbridge town centre, the park totals 71 acres. Its grounds are fully landscaped and close to a canal, offering a pleasant working environment for the hundreds of employees that are based there.
