German fund RREEF has announced the acquisition of two Class A office buildings, Topaz and Nefryt, in the Mokotów district of Warsaw, the premier office location outside of the city center.
The project was developed by Globe Trade Centre S.A. in 2006-2008 and includes two separate buildings with approximately 27,000 m² of Class A office space and a rent roll including Motorola, Cisco Systems, Roche, Honeywell and Allianz.
The Global Real Estate Group at Salans acted as legal adviser to RREEF. Eric Rosedale, Co-Chairman of the Group stated that "this transaction is part of a wave of investor interest in Poland that started picking up momentum late last year.
