Genesta Property Nordic has recruited Per Jeraeus as fund controller and head of Genesta's new office in Luxembourg.
"Establishing a new office in Luxembourg is in line with Genesta's strategy to have a strong local expertise in all our markets. With a local office in Luxembourg we secure that we can provide our customers with the quality and expertise that they have come to us for. We are also pleased to announce the recruitment of Per Jeraeus who has extensive experience in finance and real estate," says Genesta's CFO Jonas Berg.
Before joining Genesta, Per worked as Corporate Finance Manager at Landisbanki in Luxembourg and as Account Officer at Eurohypo in Stockholm. Per has a Master of Science degree in Engineering with a major in construction and real estate economics from Lund University.
Genesta Property Nordic is a fund manager that specializes in investments in commercial real estate in the Nordic and Baltic region. Genesta provides co-investment capital and asset management for institutional investors that invest in the Nordics. Genesta's assets under management in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Lithuania total 680 million.
