Genesta's real estate fund, Genesta Nordic Baltic Real Estate, has acquired an office and light industrial property in Helsinki. The property consists of three buildings and has a total leaseable area of 23,400 m². The seller is the Pension Fund of Valio.
Genesta Nordic Baltic Real Estate is a value add fund which means that the fund invests in properties that provide an opportunity to create value through active management. This property meets these criteria's perfectly as a value add property.
