Generali/Norgès and Metroinvest, advised by Resource Capital Partners, have purchased the real estate complex located 7-9 Avenue de Messine in Paris 8.
The property had been bought by ICADE when it acquired the Compagnie La Lucette. From now on it will be divided into two separate buildings (the 7 and the 9 Avenue de Messine) which total 8,353 m² and include 166 underground car spaces.
The number 7 will be held by Metroinvest, whereas the 9 will be owned by the JV recently formed between Generali and Norgès. The 7 is fully let to the company François-Charles Oberthur Fiduciaire through a 9 years fixed lease started on April 2012, and the 9 is fully occupied by AXA through a 3/6/9 year lease. The transaction was off-market.
