RFR and Hines have signed a long-term lease with the Gekko Group for the opening of the Roomers Park View at 160 Park View in Frankfurt's Westend district in the end of 2020.
Totalling 13,000m² of GLA, the hotel will feature 136 rooms and suites, a bar with a view of the Frankfurt skyline on the 19th floor, and a spa zone on the 18th floor. The interior of the Roomers Park View will be developed by Piero Lissoni.
Dr. Alexander Koblischek, the spokesperson for RFR, said: "As Roomers sets the highest standards in design and service, the hotel fits perfectly into 160 Park View's high-quality concept and exclusive location."
Daniel Reichwein, managing director of Hines, commented: "The move-in of Roomers allows us to create additional synergy effects in 160 Park View. For example, the future inhabitants of the residential tower can make use of the hotel's gastronomical offers and spa areas. We are thus raising the standard of living comfort even further and creating added value for the residents."
