From January 1, 2005 Geert Simonis MRE will join TCN Property Projects in the function of business development manager. In this position he will have a focus on the support of the international activities of TCN in amongst others Germany and Belgium.
Simonis is now manager commercial real estate at 3W in Maastricht. Previously, he was manager at Stienstra Commercieel Vastgoed in Heerlen.
Simonis will work from a to be created euregional TCN office in Heerlen. Amongst other things, he will support the German TCN subsidiary with several innercity projects in the German Ruhr area. In addition, Simonis will play a leading role within the TCN Group through the initiation of new programs.
