The Kraków firm, GD&K Group are to develop two office blocks in their home city: the S.O.F. building (8,000 sq.m.) on ul. Monte Cassino, and M65 Meduza (4,000 sq.m.) on ul. Mogilska.
For S.O.F., the firm has already obtained the WZiZT (spatial development conditions). The design has been prepared by German Architect Jurgen Mayer. Work both the project is planned to begin in the autumn of this year.
GD&K Group are also starting new housing developments in Kraków. The neighbourhood of ul. Kapelanka and Grota Roweckiego is the location for the Futura residential complex (170 units). Also in Kraków, in the Kazimierz quarter, the firm wants to develop a residential building on ul. Kupa as well as some apartments on ul. Wyżgi.
The Krakow group are also planning their first investment in Warsaw on ul. Bugaj in the Old Town, where they intend to develop exclusive flats, for which they are presently applying for the WZiZT.
