Galliard Homes purchases 35 Old Queen Street for £21.5 million (UK)

Galliard Homes has acquired 35 Old Queen Street, the former European Council of Foreign relations building in Westminster, for £21.5 million (approx. €25 million).


Galliard plans to redevelop the 23,162 ft² (approx. 2,000 m²) building into a premium residential scheme consisting of approximately 20 apartments. The building was built in the 1900s and was converted into offices in 1945.


Philips Lockhart Starr advised Galliard on the acquisition.
