The joint venture formed by Galliard Homes and U+I, will deliver the €234.6m (£200m) regeneration of the Westminster Industrial Estate into a new creative style urban district for London.
Adjacent to the Thames Barrier, the historic six-acre site will provide 450 residential units and creative workspace units around new public areas. The scheme will be designed by architects and master planners Studio Egret West.
The project is part of a larger Charlton Riverside regeneration scheme that will eventually provide up to 5,000 homes and a vibrant riverfront.
