ECE's first shopping center in the Czech Republic, Galerie Vaňkovka in Brünn, which opened in March 2005, has been awarded with the most important award in the country, Best Real Estate of the Year in the category "Shopping Center", for exemplary revitalization and perfect blending within the city.
The award was presented by the ARTN (Vereinigung für die Entwicklung des Immobilienmarktes; Association for the development of the real estate market), who had arranged the competition, under auspices of the Ministry for regional development.
Galerie Vaňkovka comprises 130 shops over 37,000 m².
