Galeria Ostrowiec welcomes new tenants (PL)

Galeria Ostrowiec welcomed seven new tenants with two more to follow in the fall this year following the completion of 20,000m² extension. Total space leased under nine contracts approximated 1,300m². Knight Frank was appointed the sole agent responsible for the facility’s commercialization. Situated in the very town centre at the intersection of two main streets, Mickiewicza and Zeromskiego, Galeria Ostrowiec is a venue for family shopping and meetings with tenants such as Tesco hypermarket, Jysk, EURO RTV, Deichmann, CCC, Rossmann and many more. It is annually visited by over 2 million visitors.

Thanks to the investment project and the refreshed space, the mall benefited from new lighting, floors and furniture in the food court. The works also helped to attract new tenants including Mango, Sizeer and Reporter Young, with W.Kruk, Ryłko and Prymus AGD opening later this autumn. The rearranged and more spacious the 4F store marks another addition to the centre's retail offer.

“We are very happy that lately tenants such as Apart, GreenPoint, Bialcon, Big Star or Triumph have decided to renew their contracts with Galeria Ostrowiec. We can see that an adequate strategy and its consistent implementation prove that regional malls feel very comfortable in the dynamically changing retail sector. A diversified tenant mix that suits the needs of a given market is a key to Galeria Ostrowiec’s success. Recognizable and valued brands and attractive services attract different groups of consumers. We are glad that our involvement has progressed towards full commercialization and the mall enjoys popularity,” said Kinga Zabłocka, Senior Leasing Manager at Knight Frank’s Commercial Property.
