Futureal's NoVa Park attracts Inditex brands (PL)

NoVa Park continues to attract the most important international fashion retailers. Futureal, one of CEE’s leading developers & investors and Caelum Development Group, an Irish real estate investment group announce that they have concluded a lease agreement with Inditex Group for retail space at NoVa Park. The biggest shopping & entertainment center in Lubuskie Voivodship will feature stores of Stradivarius and Bershka.

NoVa Park, which will celebrate its first anniversary in April, has been awarded the “Best Shopping Center Development 2012”* in Poland. Being not only the largest shopping and entertainment mall in the city of Gorzów Wielkopolski but also in whole Lubuskie Voivodeship, NoVa Park is a unique concept of a regional shopping center. Its global catchment area exceeds 460,000 residents including 130,000 living within just 10- minutes-drive. Modern road infrastructure enables customers to easily access the most modern Shopping Center in the region. NoVa Park is also attractive shopping destination for German citizens.

The center is located in the picturesque neighborhood of the boulevard running along the Warta River. The project has contributed to the revitalization of this urban area.

Inditex Group is one of the world’s largest operators in the fashion industry. Its brands are one of the most popular and most frequently purchased fashion names in Poland.

Bershka is a fashion leader for consumers hungry for the latest trends and looking to express themselves through bold and colorful designs in an exciting fusion of fashion, music and street art. Bershka offers young men & women a wide spectrum of styles ranging from sports to casual wear, from basic pieces to those with a stronger fashion component. Apart from a wide range of clothing, all lines include a large selection of accessories and shoes. Bershka is to occupy 660 m² in NoVa Park and it will be the first store of this brand in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

Stradivarius, which is to open over 380 m² store, is a brand reflecting a youthful outlook. It brings the fashion-conscious the latest trends in design, fabrics and accessories, adapting catwalk designs to affordable every day wear, so every woman can look as good as a supermodel.

Both stores are to be located on the ground floor and will be opened in mid-May 2013.

NoVa Park on the 32,400 m² of GLA offers a diversified mix of brands, many of which were not present in the region before: Cubus, Intersport, Pure Fitness, Super-pharm or Sinsay .The center attracted also long awaited in Gorzów international and Polish brands: H&M, C&A, KappAhl, KFC, Lavard, Bijou Brigitte, Media Expert, Empik and others.
