Futureal Group has acquired full ownership of the NoVa Park shopping center in Gorzow Wielkopolski, Poland. The project was developed as a joint venture between Caelum Development and Futureal Group. The acquisition was motivated by a 25% increase in year-on-year footfall and turnover figures, solidifying Nova Park’s position as the dominant shopping center in the whole Lubuskie voivodeship with over 1 million inhabitants.
Futureal, a leading real estate developer & investor in CEE, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the 50% stake of its joint venture partner, Caelum Development in the NoVa Park shopping center in Gorzow Wielkopolski, Poland, thereby increasing its stake to 100%.

Since it’s opening in April 2012, Nova Park has consistently strengthened its position in the region and recorded over 25% year-on-year increase in turnover and footfall.
