AMB Property Corporation® has announced that its affiliate, AMB Property France S.à.r.l., has appointed French commercial real estate specialist François Rispe (42) as vice president, director of development, France.

Rispe is responsible for directing and growing AMB's development platform in France. AMB has a real estate portfolio in France of approximately 281.000 m² of industrial distribution space, comprised of approximately 200.000 m² of operating facilities and 81.000 m² under development.
Prior to joining AMB, Rispe served as country manager of France for Eurinpro, a Belgian pan-European developer specializing in semi-industrial real estate, where he was instrumental in establishing Eurinpro's platform in France.
Previously, Rispe was commercial director at STEF-TFE, a leading logistics service provider for chilled products in Europe, and worked at Delmas, a French leading maritime carrier, in various capacities including European commercial director and deputy managing director for European-African trade. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and received a master's degree in Management and Economics from the University of Paris Sorbonne.

Rispe reports to Alfred Vos, AMB's senior vice president, director of development and operations, Europe. The company's European headquarters is located in the World Trade Center Amsterdam.
