Foundation stone to be laid for the Orange Office Park (PL)

The ceremony to lay a foundation stone for Orange Office Park, a modern business park located at Klimeckiego street in Krakow, will be held on June 28, 2013. The guest of honor of the ceremony will be the Ambassador of the Netherlands, Dr. Marcel Kurpershoek. The ceremony will officially initiate substantial construction works comprising the first phase of the project. The project is financed by East-West Development Office company.


Orange Office Park–an A-class office park, including total office space of approx. 25,000 m² and 2,500 m² of retail space, will be developed at ul. Klimeckiego 1 in Kraków and will consist of three office buildings as well as multistory parking garage.


The unique feature of this project is a large floor area of one office level, which will have 6.000 m² after completion of all three stages of the project. CFE Polska has been appointed as the General Contractor. The Orange Office Park Project investor is East-West Development Office sp. z o.o. - the SPV owned by the Luxembourg company represented by president of the board, Mr. Theodor Jongen–Dutch developer.


Mr Theo Jongen, the architect by training with 40 years architectural practice, has been present in Poland since 2005. He has been involved in the preparation of such projects as the shopping mall in Kielce (Galeria Korona), the residential community in the suburbs of Poznan (Biedrusko), and the single-family house community in Bibice on the outskirts of Kraków.


Krakow is the former capital city of the country and the second biggest city in Poland in terms of population, with over 2 million inhabitants living in the city's agglomeration. It is also the major economic and administrative hub of the southern part of the country.
