Globally renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners is preparing the Master Plan for a forthcoming development of WING Zrt (previously Wallis Real Estate) which is scheduled for launch in 2009 and is likely to last until 2016.
The property complex will house offices, apartments, shops, restaurants and a hotel. Foster + Partners, which has an impressive track records that includes the Swiss Re building in London (otherwise known as 'the Gherkin') and the Millenium Bridge across the River Thames, has never worked in Hungary before and has collaborated on only a handful of projects in the CEE region.
