Fortis Real Estate acquires logistical portfolio of 24.000 m² (BE)

Fortis Real Estate has taken over the company V&V handling. This company owns as main assets two logistical properties, located at Boortmeerbeek and Kampenhout, in Belgium.

These properties consist of about 24.000 m² and are both let to Henkel, a worldwide player active in consumer goods, which carries out its logistical activities for the Benelux. The sites are located in the industrial zonings of Boortmeerbeek and Kampenhout along the N26, an important logistical axis in Belgium.

The value of the shares of V&V handling is based on a market value of its main assets of approximately €11,5 million.
