Fonciere des Regions, a French property company reported yesterday that it has sold the 7.65% interest that it owned in Altarea Cogedim, a French retail retail property developer and owner, to Crédit Agricole.
Crédit Agricole who already owned a 19% stake in the company now controls 27% of the company’s share.
