During MAPIC in Cannes, Fitness First, Plusmarkt and EkoPlaza have taken leases on commercial units in the Grote Marktstraat building within the Spuimarkt city redevelopment project in The Hague, The Netherlands.
The three tenants together will occupy almost 6,500 m² in a building which also will feature a large C&A store and a nine room multiplex cinema. ING Real Estate signed on behalf of the Spuimarkt consortium. Completion of this part of the Spuimarkt project is planned in early 2007.
