Globe Trade Centre (GTC) expects that the first 9,000-m² stage of Platinum Business Park on ul. Woloska in Warsaw, Poland, will be completed by the end of this year. The completion of the second stage of the office complex is planned for mid-2008.
Platinum Business Park is made up of five buildings with a combined leasable space of 45,000 m². The investment costs come to €90 million.
Situated on a 2.7-ha plot, the complex was designed by the JEMS Architekci studio.
Cushman & Wakefield is acting as the sole leasing agent for the office space within the complex.
