Swiss Life Invest Belgium has bought 60 fully rented apartments in Leuven, Heverlee situated at Naamsesteenweg 535-537-539. The three apartment blocks have been purchased from a private group advised by King Sturge.
The apartments are implanted on a splendid garden on a total land area of 11.100 m². The property consists of 12 one-bedroom apartments, 36 two-bedroom apartments and 12 three-bedroom apartments, 60 basement parkings and 25 outside parkings.The transaction volume amounts to approximately €9.4 million, excluding purchaser's costs.
This important residential investment transaction clearly shows international investors' interest to invest also in the residential market.
