Lauralee Martin, Global Chief Operating & Financial Officer for Jones Lang LaSalle, will head an outstanding cast of over 150 international senior industry professionals, regional business leaders and green building experts for the first CEEQA RealGreen Business Leadership Symposium & Fair, organized in association with the Financial Times.
The all-day senior level forum, forming part of the ninth annual CEEQA Gala & Industry Awards key annual event of the emerging Europe real estate sector, aims to focus exclusively on the business case for green building and commercial real estate investment regionally and globally. The senior level forum will be held at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel on April 17, 2012, preceding the evening CEEQA Gala & Industry Awards.
RealGreen Business Leadership Symposium & Fair, featuring a series of lead presentations, panel debates, case studies and discussion groups, is a platform for international experts to analyze direct and indirect balance sheet benefits of building and investing in green certified buildings, as well as corporate risks of not doing so.
The industry professionals will also cover in depth the key forces driving the business case for green building, such as: identifying and meeting tenant demand, the value of future proofing assets and companies through sustainable policy and practice, keeping ahead of regulatory forces as well as offsetting the perceived 'greenbuild premium' through operational cost savings. The symposium will also scrutinize the specific advantages and challenges of green building in the emerging Europe's commercial real estate market place.
