First building of Khimki Business Park in Moscow is leased out (RU)

Leasing campaign for the first building of Class A Khimki Business Park is completed. Among the tenants are Ford Motor Company, DHL, IKEA Property, Schuco International Moscau and Renault. Khimki Business Park has a total area of 120,000 m² and a flexible construction plan, that provides the development of five more buildings, giving its tenants the opportunity to expand their offices within the complex.

Khimki Business Park is located on Leningradskoe shosse, one of the main highways of Moscow and its region, at a short distance from the Sheremetyevo international airport. According to the city reconstruction program there will be at least four traffic lanes in both directions and no traffic lights all along the highway by the year of 2009. That will provide convenient access to Khimki Business Park from all parts of Moscow.

Khimki Business Park is the first office project in Russia by IKEA. Property management will also be provided by IKEA. The first IKEA office project is based on a unique concept of an innovative business center with a developed infrastructure, including two hotels, an aparthotel and congress hall. Landscaped territory with a pond creates favorable conditions for business activity.

The second building of the Business Park is under construction. It will be ready for fit-out by the first quarter of 2008.

Leading commercial real estate consultants Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko are co-exclusive marketing and leasing agents of the Business Park.
