Rodamco Europe NV announces financial director Ronald Dorjee will step down with immediate effect. Problems in his private situation threatened to jeopardize his performance as a financial director. The intention of Dorjee was confirmed during an extraordinary meeting of the Supervisory Board on Wednesday, September 24th. CEO Maarten Hulshoff: 'We deeply regret this course of action, but support the decision. We end this unpleasant period and continue our solid course'. Rodamco Europe expects to be able to announce a permanent replacement on the vacant position in the near future.
