FIM Tower, a 15,000 m² office building located in the heart of Warsaw's central business district, has been acquired by the Endurance Fund.
The Endurance Fund is a €150 mln closed-end real estate fund focused on Central & Eastern Europe, managed and in-part owned by the Orco Property Group. Colliers International were exclusive agents in the sale and Clifford Chance provided legal services to the vendor. Salans provided legal services to the Endurance Fund.
