The prestigious brand Ferrari is joining the portfolio of domestic and international brands which unify the 14 centers managed by NEINVER, with the opening of its first outlet store in Spain at the FACTORY Las Rozas outlet center in Madrid. The Italian firm is entering the Spanish outlet market in cooperation with NEINVER, relying on the Group's broad experience and international prestige in the retail property world.

FACTORY Las Rozas Madrid is located within a half hour of Madrid proper, so it is undoubtedly the right place for expanding the Ferrari brand's worldwide presence.
"We're also counting on the added value that comes from working with the NEINVER Group, a leader in managing outlet centers with extensive experience in this sector in the European market", explains Lorenzo Bassetti, General Manager of A.R.P., Advanced Retail Project, major retail partner of Ferrari in development of the Ferrari Stores.
NEINVER, with its clear international focus, continues to add the finest international brands to its centers. The first Ferrari outlet store in Spain will open in FACTORY Las Rozas this December, with 600 m² of space. It will offer its customers its clothing line, imbued with the sporting spirit, elegance and exclusivity that the brand symbolises.
Ferrari's product range also includes accessories, video games and collectibles bearing the distinctive, well known black horse on a yellow shield. With the opening of this store, the Italian firm hopes to bring its collection to a broader public at discounts of 30% to 70%, depending on the season.
Ferrari thus joins the more than 800 brands that already rely on NEINVER as an expert in managing outlet centers.
NEINVER is the second-largest operator in Europe, managing 14 centers and 293,000 m² of GLA and the fourth-largest operator worldwide based on the number of outlet centers managed, as per the 2012 ICSC ranking. The Group was the pioneer in introducing the outlet concept to markets such as Spain and Poland, and has more than 15 years' experience managing large retail centers.

Ferrari has 50 stores worldwide and entered the Spanish market in 2011 when it opened its first shop in Barcelona. Since then, it has been adding new retail locations and currently also has a store in Malaga and two in Madrid, the first of which opened in May 2012. Starting in December, devotees of the Italian brand will find Ferrari's first Spanish outlet store at FACTORY Las Rozas.
