FADESA is set to build a high standing large scale residential and tourist complex in the exclusive Palmeral area of Marrakech, a new project which will consolidate the company as one of the leading investors in the country.
The Group is set to invest around €300 million in the project which will feature 2,685 homes, of which 1,056 will be residential apartments, 945 residential villas, 356 tourist apartments and 328 tourist villas. The complex will also feature 3 hotels, an 18 hole golf course and a 30,000 m² shopping center.
This new development by FADESA in Morocco, which will occupy 174 hectares of land and is located just 4 kilometres from the center of Marrakech, also enjoys spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains.
