FADESA Group will develop a new residential project in the town of Villanueva de la Cañada. With an investment of €94.5 million and an area of action of 201,197 m², the company will develop 276 homes in a complex with excellent communication routes to the center of Madrid.
Of the 276 homes, 174 are semi-detached single-family homes and the other 102 are flats, of which 41 are subsidised housing. The housing complex, which also includes a commercial plot of 1,445 m², is located in the area of Los Pocillos and is aimed at a target market over the age of 30-35.
This project is a new commitment by FADESA to the market covering Madrid and the rest of the central region, where the company has already promoted more than 5,500 homes, among which we can highlight emblematic projects such as Ciudad Jardín in Aranjuez, which includes 2,950 units.
Within the Region, FADESA is currently promoting Residencial Parque Colmenar, a housing complex with approximately 270 homes of differing layouts, including flats and semi-detached and terraced chalets, located very close to Madrid with excellent communication routes. The promotion will also have extensive green areas, as well as commercial and leisure areas. In addition, the company has another project in the pipeline in the Region of Madrid, in the town of El Molar, and another two in Guadalajara, in Junquera de Henares and Horches, to be more exact.
