FADESA to develop luxurious residential complex in Canary Islands (ES)

FADESA will build a luxurious residential complex in the centre of Las Palmas, a project which will consolidate its presence in the Canary Islands, where it has been active since 1996.

Over an area of 7,806 m² the Gran Guanarteme Residential Complex comprises 300 high-class apartment-style properties with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, situated a short distance from Las Canteras beach and Avenida José Mesa y López. With an estimated investment exceeding 100 million Euros, the project is based on leading-edge architecture and will be complemented by a shopping area and offices. It will become one of the leading addresses in the capital of the Canary Islands.

To date FADESA has created 20 developments in the Canary Islands, with a total of over 3,000 homes, and representing an investment of more than €320 million.

At the present time the company is investing 84 million Euros in three developments on Fuerteventura. Villas Jandía Golf Residencial is a high-class, exclusive development comprising 15 villas at the foot of an 18-hole golf course, and very close to the main beaches; The La Oliva Casas & Golf development is located next to the Dunas de Corralejo Nature Reserve and is made up of 346 homes of varying types, as well as a further 18-hole golf course, and Residencial Rosavila is a first home development of apartment containing a total of 196 homes in the district of Puerto del Rosario.

In the area of property FADESA has invested in excess of €150 million in the development of a tourist resort in the south of Fuerteventura. The complex is made up of three operational four-star hotels, with a shopping centre and an 18-hole golf course. These are the 649 room Barceló Jandía Playa hotel located on one of the island's most spectacular beaches, the Barceló Jandía Golf Aparthotel made up of 166 apartments sited around a golf course, and the Barceló Jandía Mar, a 483 room hotel with swimming pools, a crèche, a theatre, sports areas and a discotheque, amongst other facilities.
